Feedback: 1. Got a biopsy on June 1 and waited on call to get it done, was approved on June 5th, but the dentist never set up an appointment. When I found out, I was shocked, and I asked the receptionist why I didn't get a call. All she said was, sorry, we don't know what happened. It's been almost three weeks. Aren't you concerned about your patients? My mouth has been aching since March 1st because of the sore. 2. I was treated with love and given a big, beautiful smile, the moment I got my braces on. It was a quick and painless process. Everything I needed, they took care of it. These people are superheroes. Team Lilly 3. I was referred to Lilly Family Dentistry when I moved to Sioux City in 2013, and I’ve never looked back. Every single visit has met my expectations, and many times superseded them, whether it’s coming in for regular dental hygiene, routine check‑ups, or recently my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Kevin Lilly, Dr. Phuong Nguyen (who guided my orthodontic care), and my hygienist Gina are top-notch professionals. 4. From the very start, Lily Family Dental treated me with the utmost professionalism, respect, and courtesy. Everyone was professional, polite, and proficient. 5. Always been a fan of Lilly Family Dentistry! Dr. Nguyen and her awesome staff always treat my grandma like they would their own. I also appreciate the thoroughness of their treatment planning and honesty in advising and caring for my grandmother. I’m also very grateful to every one of their team members for their friendly and caring attitude. 6. I want to give a shoutout to Dr. Nguyen and Carrie, her assistant for making my husband’s best dental experience ever. My husband gets so anxious during his appointment that he has to be sedated. Carrie and Dr. Nguyen treated him with so much care and attention that he didn’t need sedation for the first time. Thank you both so much from the bottom of our hearts. 7. Lilly Family Dentistry me ayudo con mi problema bucal. Desde el principio explicaron todo muy apropiadamente. 8. Had a cleaning appointment with Dr. Kayl and you all were amazing! I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Kayl also made sure to spend a lot of time with me, answered my questions, and explained everything. It was clear he cared about me and my concerns. I’m definitely recommending Dr. Kayl and Lilly Family Dentistry to all my friends, family, and coworkers. 9. My husband has been going to Lilly Family Dentistry for 10+ years, and he has only said good things about them. Therefore, I decided to move the kids and I to his dental provider. However, I was very disappointed today. My daughter fell and chipped her front teeth today and I called the clinic to ask for assistance, but they refused since we aren’t patients yet at the clinic, even though our first appointment is in a week. I wanted them to check the teeth to find out if any tooth fragments were left in her gums since it was the permanent teeth. but they didn't help. This was very disappointing, and I’ll be cancelling my appointments and looking for a new dentist. 10. Servicio excelente, muy atento. 11. Great staff, awesome service 12. He got his braces off yesterday after 3 years and they did such and amazing job. He had his assistent Alex. They were so happy for him she said she could cry. virginiagrant 14. The lady who was doing my cleaning was stabbing my gums 15. My 5yo was a bit scared at the beginning but the assisted helped her change her mood and now she can't wait to go back. My 10yo son got great experience and all his questions were answered. Staff is very friendly, Thank you. 16. So far so good. A really professional and caring office staff. From the consultation to my son's braces removal, the experience was great. Everyone was so welcoming. 17. I must say I wasn’t expecting anything less than top-notch expertise and services from Dr. Kayl and his team at Lilly Family Dentistry. My 7 years old daughter didn't feel comfortable with the previous dentist, so we talked about it with her dad and decided to bring her to this clinic and the experience was one of a kind. The receptionist was really warming and kind, the doctor was patient with my daughter. He managed to handle her with care and patience, he explained what he was doing in a way that a 7yo can understand, and it was a success, she was comfortable and smiling. They also gave her some treats afterward, and she was happy, and that’s the most I could want for my daughter. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great place for their kid's dental needs. 18. All I can say is that I had a fantastic experience from my consultation to getting my braces on. Dr. Nguyen and all her assistants were so kind and explanatory during the whole process. 19. Very supportive of my decisions and are on the same page about my dental health. My teeth look great and the changes were really visible. 20. Alex and all the staff are so friendly and kind. Made sure I was comfortable through the whole process! 21. I was given a cleaning by a student, and it was not good. When the teacher came in to take a look, she agreed and did a great job. 22. I had my appointment with Dr. Coyle and his assistant and I have nothing but good things to say. My 5-year-old daughter was terrified of the dentist but with the assistance of the assistant and the doctor, she felt comfortable and no longer scared. I am looking forward to my next visit with this amazing staff.
