Client Review Highlights: 1. Staff are very friendly and attentive, making sure the patient is comfortable2. Front desk staff is always nice. I am currently receiving orthodontic treatment with braces for asymmetry. Every time I have an appointment with this doctor, I feel it is important to point out that it is not ideal for her to be sharing a cubicle while checking the work of three other patients. I think it would be better if she took her time to give each patient the attention they need since most of my brackets end up falling off or getting loose on the same day or the next day and I believe it is because she rushes while doing that. Also, I think it is not professional to treat it like a race. They are kind, that is true but I hope this feedback is taken into consideration. Thanks3. We were very impressed with the extra time and attention we received during our visit4. We have had two foreign exchange students who have had braces. With both kids, right after they were here, their braces broke and they needed to be fixed. In both cases, they got the students in on the same day at a moment's notice. They repaired it all for free and offered to consult with the Brazilian dentist so they could tighten the braces once a month, which was also free. They were always so welcoming and happy to see the boys, even though we didn't pay for the services. This level of care is unheard of today---we are so thankful for everything the orthodontists and the hygienists and the bookkeepers have done for our foreign exchange students!!
