My Review of Attorneys of Idaho – Boise
JW Bond worked on my case with a trespassing situation involving a nearby retailer. He charged a fair and reasonable fee for the case, and I am grateful for his representation. My biggest issue would be communication and follow-up. When the case started, JW would reply to my emails and take calls. As the case went on, communication became more sporadic. Multiple times I called the office and had a receptionist to try to reach him. Still, I was always told, “We’ll send him an in-office message that you called. He’ll respond when he’s free.” I felt like I was left waiting without a follow-up, even if there was no major case update. On or around 08/17/2026, I contacted Augi, who helped with intake/paralegal work, about a different personal injury issue. I explained the situation as best as I could remember it. Augi initially agreed to take it and sent me a contingency agreement. But I did not complete the agreement and return it to the office. Augi and I talked again over the phone a second or third time, and I gave him the Boise Police Department report. After reading the report, Augi saw that the comparative/equally shared negligence issue under Idaho's personal injury law could make the case a big issue. I appreciate that he took the time to read what I gave him and then review again the case rather than blindly going forward.
My experience was not bad, but communication could get a lot better all-around, whether the attorney, the office staff, or intake/paralegal. A client shouldn’t feel like they’re being left hanging, regardless of case size and fee, or if the issue is in the background. I could work with them again, but communication follow-up, and internal communication should be a big focus so clients know what's going on and not have them feel like they need to reach out for basic updates.
I would certainly recommend Bailey, she was wonderful to work with. She was kind, honest, deeply caring, and made me feel like I was actually being heard and treated like a person! Not just another case. I felt that she genuinely cared about helping me and was straightforward throughout the process. Around August 17, 2026, I also contacted Augi, who assisted with intake/paralegal matters, regarding a separate personal-injury matter. I explained the circumstances to the best of my knowledge, and Augi initially agreed to take on the matter and sent me a contingency agreement. I completed the agreement but ultimately did not return it to the firm. Augi and I subsequently spoke by telephone a second or third time, and I provided the Boise Police Department report. After reviewing the report, Augi recognized that the issue of comparative/equally shared negligence under Idaho...
Bailey was put on my case and I’m glad she was. She was very comforting and professional throughout my court process. She was easy to get ahold of and if she was busy she’d always get back to me asap. I hope I do not need Bailey again but if I do she’d be my go to.
