I was afraid to buy, but now I'm not and I understood so much better. He's really knowledgeable on the loan and in the home buying process. We worked with Kim Buck thru multiple offers over 4 months and she was always on top of things willing to answer questions we had about different situations. More Offers accepted and she and her team were able to pull off a two week close efficiently! Very organized, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Thanks Kim! I still cannot get over how quick and effective Tara at Academy Mortgage was in communication and resolving any bumps along the road we encountered in buying our new home. It made us less stressed and we appreciated it much. We had a great experience with Academy Mortgage and their team is awesome!! Any questions we had were answered right away!! They were professional and helpful!! Our situation needed a little rush and they came through above and beyond more than we could have imagined!! We will definitely refer friends and family!! Our credit union was slow with the wire transfer to the title company, it took a few days to get this done, we didn't think it would fund in time the second day of waiting, we had points we were buying down and had to pay for an extra day, Jason said they would cover it for that day for us which was very nice of him, we were going through a lot of stress while waiting for the closing fee to fund. By far, the best experience I've had with buying a home was working with David and his Guild Mortgage team. They had solutions and lots of information that I wasn't able to find anywhere else. I highly, highly recommend this group! Everyone in the office was very pleasant to work with. Overall communication and clarity was spot on. Academy Mortgage was amazing to work with! The team was incredibly responsive, helpful in guiding us through the process, and graciously answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns.
