We traveled 15 miles in traffic on a Friday to meet Kenley for the first time and had all documents. Since we couldn't reschedule, and it was an essential consultation, she asked if we could wait around 1 hour, maybe he'd be done in 1 hour. Such an approach was entirely unprofessional.
