Submitted Reviews for Lolly Law Practice Management Software 1. Comprehensive, Easy, Excellent Tech Support - I love LollyLaw for its comprehensive services and excellent tech support. It's easy to use and learn. I can serve client needs and take care of billing, time entries, and other admin tasks in the same place! 2. Very Intuitive, Good Features - As a new Lolly Law user, I can say that the system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The feature I like best are the tasks, which help keep me organized and on top of things throughout the work day. I’d definitely recommend Lolly Law to anyone in need of an all in one system for case management. 3. Very User Friendly and Helpful - I have used Lollylaw for several years now and really like it. It is very user friendly, intuitive, and organized. The convenience of being able to keep so many client files organized and on track is worth it. The system is well designed and is prepared to deal with the billing, documents, forms, and keeping detailed notes on cases and client communications. The service staff is very responsive and is quick to make changes/fixes when we need them. I would recommend it to anyone managing immigration cases. 4. Easy and User Friendly! - I have been using Lolly Law as my immigration forms and billing system since I opened my own practice and I love it! I have prior experience with TimeMatters, Immigrant Pro and LawLogix and none of those compare with Lolly. It is simple and very user friendly and was clearly designed for immigration firms and attorneys. In addition, I love that it is google based. I can and do use it from anywhere. The Lolly Law staff have been incredibly helpful and super responsive. They are excellent about quickly returning calls and providing training. I highly recommend Lolly Law for anyone who has an immigration practice, big or small. 5. Practical and Easy to Use - Lolly Law is practical, easy to use, great way to keep files, notes and tracking datelines. You can work from anywhere with good internet access. 6. BAD for Immigration - I had previously reviewed LollyLaw, but it seems that review was taken down. I had a very bad experience with LollyLaw. I paid them for customizations that they failed to deliver. Once they cashed the check for payment, they stopped returning calls or responding to emails. The platform is poorly suited to the practice of immigration. I do not recommend LollyLaw to anyone. 7. Would Recommend LL to Others - I've been using Lolly Law for a few months now, and would certainly recommended it to others, especially after having used similar software (BlueDot). LL is designed to operate through Google, so you get the most out of the program if you already incorporate Google into your business (such as drive and email). The program is smooth, fast, and looks clean. That said, the user-friendly feel can cause issues for those who jump into the program without taking the training class first. This program is deceptively full of options that really enhance it's usefulness and personalization. I HIGHLY advise you take the training class so you don't get frustrated by options you don't understand. Our office did so and have since become very impressed at what LL is capable of. We've been developing our own templates, utilizing the task programs and particularly like how it tracks contract payments. 8. Good place to get help sorting out immigration issues. 9. Nice concept, poor delivery - awesome in theory, but has severe problems in practice. too many to list here, but the highlights are that the commas are messed up in the forms, so my paralegal has to spend forever fixing them after lolly creates the pdf. also they're incredibly glitchy, and if all of the computers at your firm aren't identical and perfect, then lolly throws a hissy-fit and glitches out. (my associate referred to lolly as a primadonna. it only works if everything is perfect. but heaven forbid a computer could stand to clear its cache or something) but the worst part is that their customer service isn't very available. if you're on the month-to-month plan, then you only get email customer support. that would be fine if they actually responded to your emails, but it usually takes several days to get a response, if they respond at all. we've repeatedly sent screenshots of the comma problem and they've never responded to that probably the straw that broke the camel's back was that they had the nerve to offer to charge us extra just to help their product work for us! that is, they'd offer tech support for an extra fee. BUT they'd only do this if we got a dedicated IT person, as they refuse to deal with our individual computers. now keep in mind, our computers are fine. they're not old, and they work fine for everything else. the problem is that lolly is a friggin primadonna, and they've actually told us that they really need to work with offices where everyone's computer is identical and the office has a dedicated IT person. if that's the case, they should put that in their marketing >:(
