Feedback Summary: 1. James is great. 2. I'd highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical. James repaired our heat pump hvac system to more then satisfactory service. We have so many more home projects planned! Thank you so much! God bless. 3. James was great! He walked me through the issue, next steps, and provided good feedback to prevent possible future issues he identified.(adding critter guards to the vents). Would highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical! 4. We had a new electrical panel installed and they did an amazing job. 5. Tim was very polite, prompt, helpful, and explained things in ways that we could understand. I felt like he was giving us straightforward answers and presented us with options. 6. Great customer service! 7. Joe and james were fantastic and honest and great to talk to 8. Had to contact them during "off hours" and they took my info, gave me an estimate, then made an appointment that day for service in 2 hours. Technician was polite and efficient. Don't know how one could ask for more. I'll contact them again when/if needed. 9. Pruitt came recommended by another company we were using for our project and I would not choose to use their services again. Incredibly overpriced, condescending workers, and to say they nickel and dime would be an understatement. 10. Technicians and overall service was great. 11. These guys go above and beyond in every aspect of their work. The price was reasonable and work was top notch with great attention to detail and all of my extra needs and wants were fulfilled impeccably! 12. Okay, not your normal bear, Joe the owner actually showed up today after his team had little success. Was a very hard and obscure part to diagnose. However, saved me 6 grand in having to replace my unit! Will take one more day for the needed part but is less than 200 bucks. Appreciate you brother! 13. I didn't shop around for bids, but the pricing seemed reasonable. Most importantly, they were responsive to my call, bid the job quickly, and had me on the schedule the following week....
