American Thermal Window– A family-owned company. In 1981, our founder, Iver J. Sr., retired 31-years prior as a Chicago Police Department Officer. It was initially a temporary operation until 31-years ago. We are conveniently located at the corner of Central Ave and Milwaukee in the heart of Chicago's northwest side. From the start, American Thermal has served customers all throughout Chicagoland. Sahara Window and Doors was acquired in 2009 and merged to allow us to serve the entire Chicagoland region.
