Give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Clients could consider that they may not have the services they ask for without proper notice or if they forget to cancel an appointment.
Deposits are required to book and hold an appointment, and they are non-refundable. Credit will apply towards your account.
A 50% fee is applied to any appointment cancellation within 24 hours.
No refund is paid on the deposit when you select “NO SHOWS.”
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required if you cancel for an appointment late or do not appear.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full deposit remains.
If you are considered a tardy client, understand that your service does not extend and will be terminated. If you are doing a 1-hour service, and you arrive 15 minutes late without a text or call before the scheduled time, you will be terminated.
