Several weeks after the project ended, I asked Ilan to come out and double-check something, and his team was here the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Instead of sending me reference photos of what they could do, they wrote up an outline for another project completely. When I asked for reference photos, they ghosted me. A waste of time.3. My shower pan broke, but I was not ready to do a complete bathroom renovation. They built a beautiful new tile shower base that was perfectly integrated with the remainder of the tiling, even though the bottom rows of the tiles in the shower area were not visible. They were careful with my current shower door, and I appreciate it. I am very pleased with the results and would hire them again. Unlike other companies, Ilan and his staff did not push me to do an entire remodeling project, which made the experience even better. They completed everything on my list and more. Danny completed plumbing, electrical work, and basic repairs around my house. He fixed my shower (no cold water), replaced pipes in the utility room/laundry room, fixed sink drains, replaced toilet handles, and more. All of the work was completed efficiently and professionally, and Danny was very good at his work. I will use Chicago Constructions again in the future if I have any further issues. They replaced my ancient cooktop stove and my built-in stove in the kitchen, and they look fantastic. If you want a good contractor, go to Danny. Ilan and his team at Chicago Constructions were excellent. They remodeled my walk-in shower and filled in a tub to create a more comfortable bathroom space. This was in a 100-year-old house where the plumbing was not in the most ideal position. I had many people tell me that I would have to move walls and plumbing to achieve the results that I wanted, but Ilan made great suggestions and saved me thousands of dollars by working with the constraints of the old house. The project turned out beautifully, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Chicago Constructions. They were kind, quick, and excellent at responding to my questions.
