Customer feedback summary: I am really late to review this but I can't express how great it was working with Patrick. I had my furnace go out completely December 1st, it was 50 degrees in my house and the “polar vortex” had just passed. I reached out to Patrick and he was able to service our furnace same day and got it up and running quicker than I could've imagined. The guideline is you don't want to leave your house after the technician completes the job due to sticker shock. Patrick is one of the real ones and gets straight to the point without charging you an arm and leg. He also is very personable, you wouldn’t think twice about reaching out to them for anything.
