They took out the bad fascia and old gutters, installed the new board, and had the new seamless gutters up in just a few hours. The quality of the work is great, you can tell they took their time to make sure everything was level and sealed properly. They cleaned up all the old gutters' debris and left. It's a small job compared to a full roof, but they treated it with the same importance. I would use them again in the future for any exterior work. Review 2: Greg and his team were extremely professional. They gave me a very competitive price and wanted to ensure I was pleased with their workmanship every step of the way. We hired Chicago Siding & Roofing to replace our whole flat roof on our Lincoln Park Condo. Greg's team never had to come in the home, which was very appreciated during the current world happenings. They cleaned up well and left no traces behind. I would recommend them for any roofing & siding work. Review 4: Great company, their quote was less than another well-known Roofing company, even though Chicago Siding & Roofing was doing extra work on my roof. Greg answered all my questions via email promptly. After my roof was inspected, I got an estimate the next day and they did the job in under a week. (The other company still hasn't sent me an estimate, and it's been almost a week). They were honest and showed me where the problem areas were for repair (the other company told me I needed a whole new roof). They started on time and worked thoroughly and professionally. The whole experience was easy. I'll use them whenever I need a new roof. Review 5: About a year ago, Chicago Siding & Roofing replaced my roof and gutters. It was great. Fast forward a year, and I realized one of the gutters wasn't draining in the right direction. I contacted Chicago Siding & Roofing, and Greg wrote back immediately saying they would fix it. Two pleasant fellows just drove off after they finished. The Chicago Siding & Roofing people told me they would take care of us, and they were right. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.
