I really do not know how this company has good reviews. Our entire move was a disaster. Front end movers acted as if they were trying to finish as quickly as possible and were careless with all of our stuff- stacking things on top of each other and carrying them down the steps in piles, trying to pick up heavy things one handed directly over fragile boxes, throwing things in the truck carelessly. Then, our truck driver went missing and left the truck unattended for hours. I was unable to contact him; the driver for the delivery was completely rude to us. The second group of movers were lovely, but almost everything was damaged upon arrival. Our things were covered in muddy footprints- couch, mattress, etc. Our mattress was not put in a mattress bag and came covered in splinters and wood chips and god knows what else, and all but about 3 pieces of furniture came with major stains, chips, or gashes in it. They said they filed a claim and would get back to us, but are now ghosting us with zero resolution or refund 6. Kenny, dom, Andrew were amazing!!! They were quick and efficient! Explained everything. Would definitely use them again! 7. Zeck, Jesse, and Josh were awesome! The move was very quick and easy with their help! 8. Xavier and Juan are perfect! Very helpful and fast to move all the stuff into the truck. 9. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They showed up 2 hours late, broke a lamp, threw it away in the dumpster without telling me. Found it 2 days later broken in the trash. They took my tool box and I never got it back. Milked the move for over 5 hours, last time I moved it took 1.5 hours and this was an easier move. Found them sitting in the truck on multiple occasions after being unseen for over 30 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Company was unresponsive to my feedback. 10. Professional and efficient. 14. Xavier and Eddie picked up some junk / stuff from my house. They are great. They called me with an ETA as they were on their way and when they were close to my house. When we found some of the bolts on my furniture were stripped, they found a solution! I would definitely use hunks again 15. Great job. Friendly service
