External power surges claimed the furnace’s mother board due to recent storms but TJ was quick to resolve it. Michael from Direct Improvements sorted my AC problem which other companies overlooked after checking the rooftop which they did. Don the manager and the technician Omar gave excellent advice and solutions to a complex pipe leakage to avoid wrangles with my condo block tenants. The company is client-oriented and performs critical, outstanding work on and off-site. Their team especially Mike, and the woman who scheduled the repair, LaToya is efficient, friendly, and know their stuff. Most customers, like me, are left with a positive impression. TJ and Mike’s specialties are in furnaces and air conditioners, which they fixed without ruining or making a mess in my house. Customer service crew were amazing, cleaning up after Drfixone of the more stressful situations that had happened. They were professionals, completes their job giving me peace of mind. They were quite competitive, offering services are reasonable fees. I would recommend Direct Improvements to anyone with HVAC applicability issues.
