Fabian Romo is the President and COO of Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center. With 14 years of experience, Fabian is an industry veteran who has worked in training and the pet business. He is CCPDT KA, CGC, and NePoPo (c), Gold certified. Fabian studied Automotive Technology and Business at City Colleges of Chicago and Southern Illinois University Carbondale. His passion for the pet industry is what motivated him to continue his journey with Found Chicago. Brittney, his wife, is the Executive Director of Canines & Company and has five dogs. They are both active in PSA K9 and K9 Toss & Faetch. Nikki is a Senior Trainer with a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Iowa State University at Found. Nikki’s expertise includes her knowledge of animal behavior and her passion for animals. Her Bachelor's in psychology from Iowa State University has given her a new appreciation for human nature that benefits her interactions with people and animals. Nikki began her career with Found as an apprentice in 2005. Her passion for animals and her innate ability to connect with them helped her to rapidly develop. Her expertise in anxiety and timid dogs shows her exceptional talent in handling and rehabilitating these animals. Nikki is very passionate about animals and people. She also loves to travel and is always helping people and going on new adventures.
