The technician I went to was great, however the female owner who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. When there is a nail salon on every corner, she should remember what customer service actually means. As an adult running a business she should know better than yelling at her customers and being confrontational is not an acceptable way to communicate. She not only does not listen, but she is accusatory and simply just rude. I am shocked that she has gotten away with speaking to people the way that she does. I wonder how much longer that will last. I would not recommend to go there purely because of her behavior, which is absolutely not acceptable and appalling.
