Our home inspectors have certification from the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Society of Home Inspectors. They compel our inspectors to observe high ethical standards and commit to regular training. When you pay for a home inspection, you will receive a 90-day limited structural and mechanical warranty. This warranty covers your home for 90 days from the inspection date or 22 calendar days after closing, whichever comes first. Your coverage is at a minimum of 22 days.
