Streamlined, user-friendly trademark filing experience! I definitely wouldn’t recommend trying to file on your own, the headache just isn’t worth it, even with AI there to help guide you. The only area where they understandably couldn’t give us a definitive answer was around the likelihood of approval. For two of our trademarks, the “weather report” was basically flashing: turn around, danger ahead, don’t go here! We decided to move forward anyway, and both made it all the way to the published phase, pending registration, without any hiccups. They clearly do their research and have a thoughtful method for evaluating the viability of a trademark, but I also appreciated that their guidance wasn’t treated as a final verdict. He called me reckless for nothing a trademark on my business when I just started. He also said my business is going to fail and he doesn’t need my money. I never mentioned anything about the price, just simply asked what is included. This is the way that he talks to customers, I want no part in it. Unfortunately, there were repeated delays, lack of clear follow-up, and ultimately the trademark application was not completed on time.What made the situation worse is how it ended.You will be left you in darkness there’s no direct line to reach out they have a voicemail to reach out instead I missed a deadline and millions in contract after I communicated with them for 2months for my filling to be done on a particular date which they acknowledged Instead of taking accountability for the breakdown in process and communication, the company chose to terminate the engagement after I expressed frustration they destroyed my dreams and all that I worked for in many years after ongoing issues that could have been avoided with better communication If you’re considering using this company, This experience was disappointing, and I expected a much higher standard of professionalism for something as important as trademark filing. - I had an excellent experience with Indie Law. The team was not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely friendly and approachable throughout the entire process. They provided precise information, walked me through each step, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. Every email and phone call was answered in a timely manner.
