I wish I could recommend this business, as we had wanted to support local owners when looking for a new AC unit last year. Unfortunately we had trouble with the unit after less than a year, and at that time Tom (owner) came to fix it and said it was a minor issue with the initial install. 4 months later we struggle with the same issue (no cold air blowing out) and we are unable to reach this business by phone or email to come out to honor their warranty. We have endured the week of 100 degree weather with small children and a dog in the home, and now prepare for another weekend in the high 90s in an uncooled home. It is obvious to us at this point that we will have to seek another service provider to fix this issue, and will unfortunately have to take official measures to pursue recovery of these costs with Lakeview Heating and Cooling.
