Michalik Funeral Home

Michalik Funeral Home was founded by Polish immigrant Albert Michalik in 1929, and it was located on the corner of Ogden and Chicago Avenues. As Albert's loyal family began to migrate to different parts of Chicago, he moved his funeral home to the northwest corner of the Chicago. Albert wanted to make sure he was able to serve his family's next generation by acquiring a new location in the northwest corner of Chicago. His older brother Chester, who also dealt with funeral homes, operated his funeral service while the Michalik tradition served families from all over the city and surrounding parts. Chicago Avenue's original location then became the anchor.

The community service and funeral directing is commendable as they welcome everyone and treat but with respect and follow all the wishes of the family, making it easier for her comforting me. Most of the care at Michalik was it made me feel as it is all part of their life to treat everyone well concerning the loss of a love one (>7)..No stress and our family will always keep it as the best solution for the funeral activities that are amazing during the hard times the family members are feeling.
