Monique Meloche Gallery

Monique Meloche Gallery was established in October 2000, showcasing its inaugural exhibition ‘Homewrecker’ in Meloche’s home and officially launching to the public in May 2001. Upon its inception, the gallery has been diverse and inclusive. It favors politically minded contemporary art, seeking to be a compass for talented artists in their careers’ early stages or whose work has been underappreciated. The gallery works with an international roster of emerging and established artists in all media. It sponsors conceptually difficult installations in Chicago and at art fairs worldwide, with an accent on curatorial and institutional outreach.
