Great quality clothes and accessories. Went to Nordstroms Chicago. Very impressed! A buzz of activity around the Jellycats and also we had the honor of meeting Jerome Williams, an inspiring ex NBA athlete and his brother Johnnie. at a book signing. We were amazed at the courtesy of Nordstroms staff as they were positive and high energy. I personally like to thank Angel who helped us with purchasing two beautiful articles of clothing.; they had the exact piece of clothing I was looking for..Angel was courteous, informative and sweet. Great staff here! I had an unexpectedly great experience getting bras here. I am an unusual size so I typically just go to specialty bra stores and have a hard time finding my size at department stores. However, I decided to take a look at this Nordstrom today and I am so glad I did! They not only had some bras in my size, but the employee who assisted me, Sarah, was absolutely incredible and so helpful! Thank you Sarah, you've made a loyal customer out of me! I will definitely be back! Canali sales person sold us a jacket that fell apart and made it our fault. Never coming here again. Return policy is terrible now. Run. Mostly the first floor is to shoes and they make sections like Versace and Burberry. Overall this is an amazing place for shopping! I had a great experience. Krys B was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. I really appreciated the good customer service. Quite a busy location, however there seemed to be plenty available sales associates if any help was needed and they were open until 8pm which was nice, considering many Michigan Ave. spots closed at 6pm (on a Saturday!). The gentleman at the Tom Ford fragrance counter was a delight and had stories we'll probably never forget. He tried swiping my cards for over $1500 (which declined) and then bought items at the cafe. No employee flagged it, and no one was helping me track it down.
