We are a group of entrepreneurs that launched a small commercial cleaning franchise. We were tired of our jobs and decided to jump into the business full time. My wife, dad, cousin, and I committed to take the plunge with no turning back. However, the first two years of operations were tough. It was difficult with 12 to 16 hour days, and barely earning enough to survive with Dunkin Donuts or Jimmy John's. We are now a company with over 200 employees, having a rapid pace of growth that came with that initiative. Also, our success and expansion can be attributed to the technology and culture that our dedicated team has helped to promote.
