Reliable Appointment Cancellation Policy Touss Hair Salon & Spa cares about our clients and their time. We also understand that sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule appointments. We kindly request that our clients give us a 48-hour notice before they cancel or change an appointment. Our notification policy is in place so that we can fulfil the needs of everyone who schedules an appointment. Because 48 hours is sufficient time for us to fill cancelled or rescheduled appointments, we will waive the cancellation fee if we are given proper notice. If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment within the 24-hour period, they will be subject to a cancellation fee. We will charge 50% of the amount on the client's credit card if they make changes to their appointment that fall within 24 hours. Once the appointment is confirmed, a client who cancels or reschedules less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged full price. So, to avoid this, clients are required to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior. We accept American Express, Discover MasterCard, MasterCard, VISA, and Venmo as forms of payment. We appreciate cash gratuities; however, we cannot accept these on a credit card.
