Since being a resident in this location and unit for three years, WPD has been nothing but disrespectful to me being a resident. To go further with explanation no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. WPD has changed the cable company to something so cheap I never even heard of it and it goes out every time it rains. Also, as for parking they change parking to being paid and then letting anyone park wherever they wanted even though everyone had an assigned parking spot that stayed in the building. Recently, today I receive a text and email maybe 2hrs ago about a $100 for parking fee and that the parking permit has to be picked up starting June 1st…. June 1st is tomorrow!!! No one received a 5day notice nor a 7day notice, and not even a 2week notice….. The disrespect has been to the highest level. Yet the want to send out a email and text about money and the elevators in the building are out of service as far as renewing the license/certification…. This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with a company like this.
