Gustafson & Associates

Amy, CFA®, EA, is very available and very knowledgeable, and I feel appreciated when she takes time to answer my questions about investing or financial planning.  My taxes became a little more complicated than in previous years, and a friend recommended Gustafson. We have used them the last couple of years and are happy with the service.  I also recommended them to a coworker who was relocating here, and he is also very happy with their service.  Service is HORRIBLE!!! Completely lied about when taxes would be done promised to have them done by due date when they were turned in WELL before with WELL enough time ahead. There’s NO reason for that if you’re filled up SAY THAT! Will not be coming back and the woman answering the phone has a BIG attitude problem!! Wouldn’t give them my service if I were you! ️ Lied to me about when taxes would be completed. Called them out on it and dismissed me as a client. Horrible people skills for diffusing and remedy of situation. I will go find another business.
