We found our drains clogged and raw sewage in the crawl space on a Friday morning. I rented a rodder, which did not help. I called the first plumber, who came the next day and claimed there was a broken pipe under the house, even showing me some fake pictures. He said he would have to dig up the patio, yard, and tear up floors in almost all the rooms in the house to replace it. As I was disabled at the moment because of a broken foot, and crawling under the house was not possible, he thought I was an easy target. I started calling more companies, and the cheapest company ready to check it out on a Saturday in the afternoon cost $400. Luckily, I called Adam! He promised to be at my place after his last job. He arrived at about 6:30 in the evening, and within an hour and a half, the clog was cleared. He also went under the crawl space and disproved the "broken pipe" theory the first guy had given me. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. I am extremely thankful for the service he gave. I highly recommend him! – Martha K.
