Recently, they even went above and beyond for two of our seller clients who both had sump pump failures, where Kevin came in and did a water remediation and mold preventative treatment so my Sellers could move forward with their sales. They came out to check the attic gave us a quote and then when we said we like to use them they completely ignored and disregarded all contact. so after almost a month we are on to the next company since it seemed this company didn't want to take care and help us with our issue. 8. This company takes its job seriously. They take care of your issues and don't try to bankrupt you. Very professional! 10. At first, they were responsive, but after coming to our home to see the job, all contact stopped. After 4+ phone calls and 3+ text messages, they still have not come back to remediate the mold in our garage and they have stopped responding. 11.
