Déja Nail Lounge

On Saturday afternoon I came for a no chip manicure. The service was ok, but the entire time my nail tech talked to two other nail tech next to us. She messed up many times and had to keep correcting several nails, while still talking the whole time. The women sitting next to me was getting frustrated I could see her facial expression b/c our nail techs were a deep conversation, laughing and never acknowledging us, and hardly saying any words, besides wash your hands. I paid $43.00 and my nails starting chipping on Tuesday only three days later. I'm very annoyed and frustrated by this. I went to a different place two months ago and my nails did not start chipping until 6 weeks later. This is very unacceptable. Either the nail tech did not know what she was doing or the products could possibly be watered down for it to only even last 3 days. The nail polish was like a jelly almost and took a long time to set.. I work from home and hardly ever do anything strenuous with my hands to make the nail polish to chip like that. I see alot of positive reviews and this is why I chose this place but I was very mistaken. Also, I asked for a design, I didn't have a photo but I asked if they could do something cool on my ring fingers, they said no problem at the counter and I got a design a 7 year old would want. When I seen the finished look what could I do but leave. It took 1 hr 20 mins just to do a manicure.. I will not come back again. There prices are way to over priced for the service that they are providing.

The employees are very nice and willing to repair any work you're dissatisfied with. However, I would not recommend. I received an acrylic no chip and three nails chipped on the 7th day after getting them done. Very disappointed.
