Client Feedback Review 1. A woman named Amanda asked Me a series of questions over the phone about six months ago. We talked for about 20 minutes. Afterward, she said her attorney named Angelo would be calling you back. He never did. About two months ago, I was stupid and called again, talked to Amanda, and she once again asked me a series of questions and she said the attorney named Angelo would call me back. Still no phone call back. I called today, and a woman picked up who did not state the business that I was calling nor did she tell me her name. I explained to her what Gappened with Amanda, and to my dismay, she was rude and snappy with me. She wouldn’t let me finish a sentence before she butted in and started talking in a cold tone. She pretty much let me know that she didn’t care at all about how I was treated and how I was not contacted. I had no attitude with her, and I was very polite. I will never call this office again, because in opinion, if you can’t get past the reception area, how on earth are you ever going to get decent service from an attorney? I will be calling around and finding a competent attorneys office to not only represent my business, but also to represent me personally. They lost a lot of money by being very unprofessional. 2. Tried for 4 weeks and 5 calls to schedule a simple codicil (Will amendment)! Each time spent 20 minutes telling receptionist details, said someone would call me to schedule a meet with an attorney but no one ever called! Pathetic waste of time when my time is extremely valuable. Phone seldom answered and rarely returned. When reached receptionist, always told someone would call me but no one ever did! Disgust! 5. Recommend! No longer having to worry about accounting or tax problems and I can do it myself when you are in my situation. 6. Recommendable! Attorney Angelo and Assistant, Amanda, are awesome.
