Although I had an appointment at 1 on Thursday, no one approached me by 1:35. The customer service guy at the front office was the only one who talked to me. I couldn't wait anymore, so the front office lady suggested that I leave my papers with them. When I showed up on Monday, no one had commenced my paperwork, and my info was lying on the front office desk. If I could issue negative stars, I would. I will not return to this location ever. 7.
