You need a customer name if you pick up even if you have a pick-up number!!! 4. After waiting 2 weeks to fulfill an order, I missed ONE phone call and in return was told like 8 times in a row by Bob Chase to call him back the next day, after which he just stopped answering. The whole experience was a huge waste of time. It's unnecessary to do business like this. Raise your minimum order amount if you don't want to deal with orders. Or at least just say that ☹️ How many times can you answer and say no problem, call back tomorrow? I was in Groundhogs Day for a week with this company. 7. Unloaded 28 pallets in less than 15 mins. I would love to come here on a daily if I could. Quick, nice and not to mention in and out. 10.
