Dr. Frey graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan and received his doctorate from Northwestern University Dental School. Dr. Frey attended the University of Colorado Health Science Center for an advanced degree in General Dentistry and then completed his orthodontic specialization at Children's National Medical Center, Washington D.C.
