My name is Cassandra Jackson and I found this facility through Facebook, visited them in 2022, looking for a service that would help me with reducing my waistline. They offered me 2 services, for my abdomen area and back, total of 8 sessions. After the 2nd session I noticed my skin was getting bumpy and burnt which I brought to their attention, and they stopped the procedure for a week and asked me to return after another week to resume the sessions. We finished all of them, because I was told that after the 8th session I would see the results, but unfortunately nothing has changed, and my skin was never back to normal, and I got a scar for life. In am still paying for a terrible service, and I feel like they were not honest about the results, or even considerate of my interest and health. I don't recommend this facility at all, to anyone I know. Please be advise that they don't have a great customer service and they are not concerned about their clients, it is all about the money. Zero stars if I could.
