Feedback from Customers Who've Used UBREAKIFIX Chicago - Phone and Computer Repair Came in for a screen repair for my iPhone 17! AT&T covered that, and the process couldn't have been easier! John the gentleman that helped me was absolutely amazing. This was my first-time experience getting anything fixed, and it was quick, easy, and I can't stress how fantastic John is. He was very efficient and effective and also very polite and patient with me and answered all my questions. Can't thank or recommend him enough! These guys totally did what Apple said was impossible, saving me over $600 on a repair that same day! It was a pretty fair price efficient and did a good job. It was nice to have a quick and easy fix. Prompt service. Excellent people. He solved my problem efficiently &: effectively. He was very polite & patient with me answering all my questions. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the great service! My phone is working perfectly. This place makes me mad. I waited 3 days and spent $40 for nothing they did. Very helpful Fixed like new! All the tech persons here are awesome. I have moved further away from this location since first starting with them. (Even though I now live 5 minutes from another Ubreakifix that I tried, that other, closer location was sadly lacking.) The extra travel time now to return to this location is MORE than worth it to work with knowledgeable, friendly, "go the extra mile" persons who work here. I overwhelmingly recommend the 8476 W Golf Road location 199%! You will be more than soooo happy with their service and "fix it" results. All the tech persons here are awesome.
