He replaced the section of pipe and switched out the valves in a thoughtful and careful manner so that won't happen again. Repair involved opening a living room wall and he did it in such a minimal way so that it can easily be repaired and repainted. Very happy with Bill's Plumbing.4. James had my clogged disposal clean within the hour of calling for service. He didn't even suggest selling me a new one. James was very honest and thorough with the cleaning. I called Bill's and spoke with Kelly regarding a clogged basement laundry sink after we had painted the house and the painter cleaned his tools in this sink. Tom, an appliance repair guy, referred me to Bill's (he sold his company to Bill's in the summer of 2024). I called today and was able to get an appointment for tomorrow. Kelly was very friendly and I decided to go with Bill's based upon the positive referral from Tom, my appliance repair guy. I received a quote from Kelly and she was transparent with the charges.
