Customer Review Summary:1. Anthony was great. Very knowledgeable and professional and polite. 2. I was very happy with my service call. I requested a furnace tune-up. The technician, Emmitt Gipson, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained everything and showed me what he was doing. He even pointed out the humidifier (filter medium) needed to be changed annually. I didn't even know, and I have a maintenance agreement contract with Precision, so I am so glad I have that. I have referred Precision to my friends and neighbors. 3. Ray did excellent. Examined the issue and provided options with prices. He ultimately solved the problem to my satisfaction. Great job. 4. Excellent tech. Great service. 5. Don't waste your time or money. This company is private equity owned and doesn't care about customer service. I had 3 appointments. The first one they canceled on the day. The second one no communication, and a no-show. The third one they suppose to fix my generator. Charged me a ton of money. I think it was like $1000 for a battery. Next day power was out and we were desperate. So I called four times. Every time….our manager is in a meeting. I own a few companies. Managers always leave a meeting to talk to a customer if you are customer-focused. Precision isn't. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. 6. Excellent job! Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Conversing with Johnny was very easy as I tried my best to communicate the work I needed do. I definitely recommend Precision Today Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical for your home maintenance needs. 7. I couldn't tell you how their work is cause first date there lost their technician and he never showed. Second day they call me to have somebody be at my home early cause their night technician couldn't make it. Then they showed up at original time anyways. Then proceeded to tell me $1,200 for a replacement of a water spigot outside. After telling him no he then proceeded to reduce his price twice asking how much was I thinking. This isn't a car lot. I'm not sure if he was trying to replace all my piping in my basement or not but it was literally just a cut and a sweat. No reason for $1,200. When all said and done $30 in parts and the leak is fixed. That's allot of labor and or allot more with than needed to be done. 8. Today Johnny Botka came to asses my outside water spouts tgst feed the hose in my backyard. What an incredibly thorough professional assessment he did make and gave my several options to fix my problem. I admire so much a person who knows his job and gives the customer an explanation they can understand. I do need to talk to my husband about which option to go with. And since I have Johnny's direct number he just told me to text him and he will set things up and I don't even have to call the office which is great. Your company has continued to gain my loyalty and will never hire anyone else. You certainly hire the best people and Johnny is certainly wonderful. Thank you for always giving me such great service and care of my 74 year old house ! Great service and Johnny is such a hard-working professional. I truly enjoyed meeting him. I will request him if I have future plumbing issues. 9. We have used Precision Today service on a couple of occasions. We are very grateful and satisfied with the service Mr. Isaac Diaz provided yesterday, February 26th. We purchased heating and air conditioning, and Mr. Diaz and his team did a very professional job. They made sure we understood everything about the new equipment. We are confident that they did a clean and safe job. And we highly recommend them. We thank them for their great job.
