They’re really sketchy. The doctors even know that’s why they keep leaving. I’ve had 3 or 4 doctors now. They make you wait in the lobby for so long just to send you home. The schedulers have no idea what they’re doing.
Honestly if this wasn’t the only orthodontist I could go to with my insurance I wouldn’t go here. My first consultation was great. The staff and dr were friendly and I was taken care of very well. My first adjustment was AWFUL. They were completely overbooked, the waiting room was standing room only, I was early for my appointment and wasn’t taken back until 45minutes after my appointment time. The technician working on my braces barely spoke to me and broke one of my brackets (very painfully) and barely even apologized before moving on. They don’t communicate well what they are doing and do not treat you like a person but more like another body in the chair. That being said with my insurance I don’t really have another option but man I cannot wait to get done with this and never look back. So far the braces are doing what I need them to so as long as they keep working I will overlook the hectic staff and bad customer service (I’ve heard it’s not a great work environment so I don’t really blame them). If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
