Had my hair cut , color and highlights , three days later I went back because my hair cut was terrible , the color was a chocolate color , could hardly see the highlights , I had my brows tinted that turned out to be a nightmare , I had to visit the ER they are red and scaly, . They didn’t care they just gave me my $20 back. The girl that did my hair on my second visit told me I needed a good shaping. I said I thought that’s what you did when I was here three days ago I was in that seat for hours. She is the slowest and it got on my nerves I just finally lost it and I’m sorry about that but then the manager came over and started acting like a banshee, and when I tried talking to her, she said there you go you’re talking over me too. I was totally shocked at the behavior of the owner and of the girl that was doing my hair. I think her name is Megan she wouldn’t listen she’s like a little chipmunk. She kept talking and talking and talking instead of really stopping and listening to what the customer wanted . I would not recommend this place I apologize but they didn’t apologize back instead of asking me if I was OK and maybe helping me through that experience as the next day would’ve been my 45th wedding anniversary and I guess I was anxious but that’s no reason to attack me , so today my hair is chopped. It looks terrible. It seemed like the owner and the hairdresser were very immature and didn’t know how to handle an older woman that wasn’t happy about her haircut or her color or my eyebrows being burnt. I’m on my way to HAWAII and my eyebrows are bright, red, and scaling.
