HIGHLY recommend Stryker for your business IT needs! I'll be using them for my IT needs going forward. Stryker's Dominic Girolamo was extremely helpful and served me very well with all my questions! This technician was very helpful and helped me understand everything in a thorough manner. Stryker is the BEST! They know our system setup and are very quick to respond. Great customer service! Polite and patient. You can tell Stryker staff are knowledgeable and especially patient with people who don't obviously know as much as they do, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have finished 10 min activities in 7 or 8 minutes. Stryker has been our backstop for the time in my current role and they have done great. Quick service and quick turn around time with all issues. The technician that helped me out was very knowledgeable and professional. Terry helped me with the trouble I was having and got me reconnected quickly. He also showed me a shortcut which will help greatly in the future. Greatly appreciate it. The Stryker Team (and specifically Mariam this time) quickly resolved my email issues! Quick response time to both starting and correcting the emails. All good now. Professional, knowledgeable and polite. Great experience with Magnolia Mendoza as my Network Engineer Spencer was professional polite and efficient! Spencer was very helpful and responsive! Always fix the issues that arise Spencer really helped out with an email problem. It took a few days to get it all figured out, but he was well aware I needed to get some work done as well. Highly recommend Stryker as your IT help. Paraphrasing suggestions
