Polite and patient. You can tell Stryker staff are knowledgeable and especially patient with people who don't obviously know as much as they do, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have finished 10 min activities in 7 or 8 minutes. Stryker has been our backstop for the time in my current role and they have done great. Always fix the issues that arise Spencer really helped out with an email problem. It took a few days to get it all figured out, but he was well aware I needed to get some work done as well.
