Customer Feedback Overview The complaint I am making concerns Mr. Stevens’s conduct and professionalism. Throughout my case, Mr. Stevens communicated poorly and unprofessionally. He never responded to phone calls, and even though I left several voicemails, he did not return them. Several times, his voicemail is full, making it impossible for me to leave crucial messages. Mr. Stevens did not notify me of a crucial development in my case until I stood before the judge. This showed lack of diligence and professionalism and affected the case outcome. Mr. Stevens's repeated non-communication, failure to update me, and client responsibility show grave ethical and professional issues. His actions fall below the expectations of a licensed attorney. His sections of failure to respond to phone calls, not passing information to his clients, and not updating his clients violate the attorney's code of conduct and affect clients and cases adversely. Mr. Stevens's failure or refusal to communicate effectively affected the outcome of my case. His actions and communications were definitely not what I expected from a licensed attorney. Mr. Stevens failed to uphold the ethical standards required for any attorney in the United States. His lack of communication was apparent from the beginning of the case, culminating in his failure to pass critical information to me before my court date. His actions and non-communication constitute grave violations of the attorney's conduct order. Mr. Stevens fights for your rights. He is relentless.
