Customer Reviews Summary: Some clients were unimpressed with the customer service rendered to them. Most clients said that they had issues when they wanted to make reservations or ask any question about the seminars that John gave. These are the general opinions that most clients had. Some had problems with the secretaries, especially the one who answered their calls. A client said that he a reservation to attend an estate seminar that was to be presented by John. However, he later called to cancel the reservation after calling the number given in case he had any questions. That number was somehow confusing since the client could hardly understand the lady who picked the call. He was further shocked to learn that the lady was in the PHILIPPINES!! The seminar was to be conducted at the library in Muncie, IN. On questing why she was referred to someone in the Philippines to answer questions about the seminar, he clearly did not like to be referred to someone who could hardly speak English. This was one of the worst experiences that he ever had (Doug, 2021). John Blevins is one of the most dedicated attorneys in Anderson. He has helped many clients for years. This year, he helped the client’s family in putting together a comprehensive portfolio that included wills, healthcare representatives, and trusts, among other aspects. The client acknowledged that John is a wonderful man with vast knowledge.
