Thank you! Les and his crew have always been a pleasure to do business with. They are our go-to for signs, banners, and lettering our trucks and vans. I am very happy with the design and the quality of materials they used for the vinyl wrap. I worked with Les and they did a great job helping me design our sign for our new location. Two months later, I was driving in inclement weather up north, and a truck passed by me at a high rate of speed. It caused my sign to bend all the way up towards the top of my truck. I had to pull over and try to bend it back, but it now sits funky on the window, and my motor to that window sticks when I try to roll it up or down... I called "Signs of the times" yesterday to inform them of this issue, and the guy on the phone told me that was "impossible", and that "there was no way". He totally dismissed me, my issue, and my plight to make this right. So, it is with regret that I have to give this company 3 outta 5 STARS based on their PRODUCT RELIABLITIY, and 1 STAR for their CUSTOMER SERVICE... I DO NOT RECOMEND "SIGNS OF THE TIMES" TO ANYONE IN NEED OF SIGNAGE PLAQUARDS ON THEIR VEHICLES.
