He was very responsive, professional, and ensured our family was taken care of by going above and beyond. As an outstanding agent and an extraordinary human being, we highly value everything he did to make it happen. Heard about Realty World thru word of mouth, especially Brian Harbert. We've been buying our home for the first time. Brian is a top-level process communicator. Every move was unfamiliar because we were first-time homebuyers, He was flexible in our schedule and went an extra mile to ensure our success from the search to negotiation. We couldn't be happier. The customer experience does not match the company's reputation. If you have a work schedule other than what they need, your screwed. They will assume anything in their benefit and "wait for their convenience" to try and fix it. Customer service is snotty, rude and obviously underappreciated, been w this company for about 7 years and just like being able to share what they will love to never do. Brian is the Best!! He will sit with you every step of the way, pointing out common issues that may occur on properties and repairs to keep in mind, he has a solid understanding of areas and common areas around properties, he understands eras of construction to provide insight into the construction of your home, he makes sure to not waste your time and will leave you feeling safe and understanding at the end of the road. I cannot recommend him enough and he's taken care of myself, and each other person I know who's utilities his services. I'd rate him more than 5 stars if I could. Brian is the best realtor!!
