24/7 Dental - Emergency Dental Care

I started off really liking this place. The dental assistant are always nice and still are and I really like my Dentist Dr.Heald and wish there was a way I could speak with him to let him know what happened. I had a feeling done about 9 months ago and the tooth just got worse and the dental assistant that shaped the tooth did a horrible job so I had to go back and see a different doctor and he said that he would’ve of done a root canal on that tooth and a crown. Well the Dental assistant did a fine job at shaping my tooth and fixing me all up I forget her name but she Asian I think very sweet woman and good at her job. Then I had to come back a few months ago for my cleaning and the same girl took care of me and told me that tooth 14 is going bad that if I have any pain immediately call. Well I started having pain a couple couple ago they got me in that same day. My insurance doesn’t cover root canal or crown so they needed me to pay about $1300 to have it fixed or an extraction. I really wanted to save the tooth. Well the tooth behind it I had the same thing done and only paid $900 about don’t. Doesn’t make since to me. Like I said Dr. Heald was very nice about it. Either way he’s going to help. Well he sent me two pain meds to help with bc I was in a lot of pain. Well the next day I had to work and I got half through the day I couldn’t take the pain anymore I took the meds like I was told and if you’ve ever had tooth pain it’s horrible. It was so bad I called them and the lady answer I think her name was Mariah idk for sure but very rude and not helpful to me. I said can I pls come in on my lunch and have my extraction done. She said no bc my doctor was not in until Monday I said I don’t care who does I’ve seen the other doctor there before with no issues. She says no you have to wait for Dr.Heald. I said that makes no since. She just take your meds. I said I have it’s not working please help me. She it takes a few days for those meds to get I your system. I said no ibuprofen and codeine acetaminophen does not take a few days it’s works with in 20mins. She argued with me about this. A front office staff person she never went and got anyone to ask questions or help me. I work in health care I know this. I wanted to get this tooth saved or extracted whatever just to get the pain to go away. This girl was so rude and not helpful and I’ve always been a great patient with you guy’s. Never lose my temper always nice and kind. Why did she have to do that to me. The day I came in you guys did an x-ray and when I went to another urgent dental they called to get that x-ray so it wouldn’t have to be charged again you guys told them I haven’t had one since 2020 or 2021 one of those years. So I hope you don’t bill that x-ray you did that day to see why I was having that pain bc you guys didn’t wanna help me. I had to even call your sister store to ask them for help and they told me they would help me it just may be a wait. So tell me why they would help me with a different doctor but you guy’s couldn’t? I don’t want no excuses of there were no available spots bc Dr.Heald told me I could come in if the pain got worse. I couldn’t wait on that PA anymore and wanted to pay to save my tooth or get it extracted I didn’t care I just wanted this pain gone. I would like to talk with Dr.Heald about this as well about how his front employee was treating his patient. That girl doesn’t deserve to answer phones or be in customer service. She shouldn’t be telling medical things that she has no clue about. Pain meds do not take a few days to get in your system she needs to know this and not be telling patients this. I have lost a tooth bc of her behavior and not wanting to help me and it’s not fair to me. Yea Ik I should’ve taken better care of it but your a dentist office and supposed to care for me correctly. Thank you to all the other girls there that have been amazing to me and the doctors I really appreciate it.

Have an emergency (tooth broken in half and SEVERE PAIN). Get there this morning and - ‘No dentist will be here until 3:30pm’ Really, YOURE AN URGENT DENTAL OFFICE AND YOU HAVE NO DENTIST ON DUTY. SHUT THE DAMN DOORS.

I called to make an appointment to have a tooth surgically removed. It had broken in half and could not be pulled using traditional extraction methods. When making the appointment I was informed the oral surgeon would be in on Friday. Consequently I made the appointment for Friday so the oral surgeon could do the job. My appointment was for 1:00pm so I arrived at 12:45 to complete any necessary paperwork. At 1:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room so I inquired at the desk how much longer it would be and was advised it would be a few more minute. I asked for something more definitive and was told 5 more minutes before the room could be cleaned for my consultation. I indicated that my appointment was for a surgical removal and was informed it required a $75 consultation first. In addition I was then informed that it would be linget than the 5 minutes I was told. By then it was 1:35 and I decided it would be better to find another dentist. Why would they confirm an appointment for a surgical extraction only to cgange it once I arrived? Why was I required to wait 35 minutes with no explanation? Needless to say I cannot recommen this dental practice. They appear to be more interested in filling their cash register than showing any type of common courtesy.

Dr. Garry, Stacey & Daisha are AMAZING!! They took care of all my dental needs with compassion, professionalism, care and were gentle!! Great people to talk to as well! I will DEFINITELY be going back!! The office staff is great as well!! Thanks 24/7 Dental!
