I was in a pinch to get some teeth removed and they had good reviews from what I could see. But I can say that the wait was very long and on top of that the dentist that preformed the teeth extractions numbed me to the point I really couldn’t feel anything in the lower half of my mouth which I understand to a point but it didn’t wear off till about 2:30 in the morning and I woke up in extreme pain and to top it all off I had to go to a different dentist to have the sutures removed and to have the bones shaved down because the dentist before hand didn’t bother to make sure his sutures where placed properly and placed the one on the bottom right right to far in to my check where is ripped the gum on the inner part of my jaw where the tooth had been pulled. I would never recommend the dentist named Adam that worked there he doesn’t seem to care if your just another number so he can get paid he wasn’t every nice and only checked on me twice out of the whole I wanna say almost 4 hours there just to have two teeth pulled. Picture for reference on how swollen I was and didn’t have pain meds till the next day.3. Flase advertising being “24/7” came in at 9:45 and they were closed will be contacting a lawyer for false advertisement wouldn’t recommend coming here4. My son and I had a great experience. Everyone there was so attentive and caring. Warm invite. I love the inside of the Dental office.Thank you!!!5. Tried to get an emergency appointment in twice in the last month now around 8-9pm. Both times none of the offices answered the phone, and we drove this particular one after calling, a lady was in the office, but no doctor was on hand. Please remove or update your office hours if they are not accurate.6. I've been here 2 times both times I had a tooth pulled and both times I felt absolutely no pain before or after my procedure Dr Adams and the other doctor I seen are absolutely amazing7. I recently required an urgent wisdom tooth extraction and was treated at the S. Emerson Avenue location. The procedure was remarkably smooth and essentially painless. Dr. Adams and his team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and clinical competence throughout the visit. As an infectious disease professional, I am particularly attentive to infection control standards. The clinic environment was exceptionally clean, well organized, and clearly maintained with strong attention to sterilization protocols. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff. I am strongly considering transitioning my primary dental care to this practice based on this experience. Got me fixed up with a temporary crown. Came back to get filling done and gum cleaning, and Today came back in to get permanent crown. I am extremely happy with the professionalism here. I was invited to the back for x-rays and examination and I was still nervous & scared however, going through those procedures with this sweet understanding, kind & caring little lady helped me to feel comfortable and safe that she was by my side the whole time I can’t say enough, I’m grateful more than she knows the sweet little lady’s Name is Josha. The dental office I am established with did not have any openings that could accommodate an immediate appointment. Coming into a new dental office as someone with 12 years of experience in the dental field, including dental management, my standards are understandably high. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. I notified the office that I was stuck in traffic and would be running late, and arrived approximately 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The individual I spoke with when scheduling was kind, and my insurance had already been verified prior to my visit, so there were no issues there. Upon check-in, I was handed a clipboard containing roughly 10 pages of paperwork, front and back. I was never instructed to arrive early to complete this, so I understand this may have caused some delay. However, I waited just under two hours past my scheduled appointment time before being taken back. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that delays happen, but a two-hour wait goes far beyond reasonable. Once I was taken back, the assistant informed me that a panoramic X-ray was required. I explained that I had just had a pano taken a couple of weeks prior and could email it to the office. This request was denied, and I was told the doctor required a new one. In all my years in dentistry, I have never experienced this. I was not refusing X-rays altogether—I was refusing to repeat an X-ray that had just been taken and that I had available. I had a new bitewing and PA taken. This should have been sufficient. Due to insurance frequency limitations, I did not want to be billed again unnecessarily. I came in specifically for inflamed and painful tissue behind my third molar, where food had been getting trapped. Due to the inflammation, I physically could not floss behind the area. Despite explaining this to the doctor, he proceeded to dig into the area with an explorer. I expressed that I was in pain, yet he continued to poke and dig, causing further discomfort, additional bleeding, and irritation. Numbing the area would've solved the pain I was in at that moment. I left this office in tears. I understand that reviews can have a significant impact on a business, but I could not in good conscience leave without sharing my experience. I sincerely hope management reaches out to me so these issues can be addressed and rectified.15. They was very respectful and kind i love the way they are
