The Dailey Method was established in 2011 by Kelly and Shelly Dailey. The studio, which is now known as Barre Ripple, emphasizes alignment, engagement, movement, and alignment. This program combines the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and ballet exercises into a single routine to help you achieve a strong, lean, and balanced body. A class at the Dailey Method would leave you feeling stronger and more self-assured. In 2019, Ellen accepted the offer to be the new owner of the Dailey Method. Ellen has always wanted to open a gym one day because pilates and yoga allowed her to recover from a tragedy. She was in a position to manage the studio, which was already offering enjoyable and effective classes, has incredible instructors and teaches an amazing group of people. She has maintained and continued to support the spirit she found at the Dailey Method. Barre will always be the foundation of our practices, but we will continue to add alignment-based movement classes to enhance your experience and lead you down a path to a more holistic approach to health. We want to help you understand that taking care of yourself is the most important aspect of your well-being. Look for other local businesses and the beautiful people in our community who inspire us to take care of ourselves. We are focusing on building ripple effects by taking care of ourselves, which will spur us to share our energy and positive ripple into the world. Let the Barre Ripple Movement begin!

Third, there is satisfaction with the way the workouts have been helping people to tone up, although different people there have different reasons to be in the studio. Fifth, there are reviewers who acknowledge that they have achieved their fitness goals from the studios. Another fifth point is the value added services provided by the studio.
