Think twice before signing up for their “advantage” program if there’s even a chance you will want to sell your home within the contract period. They will sell you a bill of goods that if/when you want to sell they will work with the new owners no problem to figure out a new contract with them. BUT if the new buyer doesn’t want to use the program you will be on the hook for the entire amount. They will not uninstall, they will not make an equipment change, you will have to pay for the entire unit in full that you won’t even be using.
