Direct Connect Printing will now be known as Direct Connect Printing Partners. Roger and I are excited to announce that we are now part of Printing Partners. Printing Partners will fully engage in Direct Connect Printing, starting from October 2, 2020. We don't expect any changes to the service and support you have enjoyed from us. We assure you that this move is in your best interests. We will still be there for all your needs. Our new address is 929 W 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. It’s a new physical location, but our phone and email addresses will remain the same. All of these communication channels will continue to be available as we shift from Direct Connect Printing to Printing Partners. This decision is the outcome of careful consideration and mutual discussion about moving to pre-retirement mode. After a 40-year stint in the printing industry, Roger has had enough time to learn the ropes. My niche has been in administration and customer contact. This decision wasn’t made in haste, it took a great deal of time. We’ve had Printing Partners in our lives for over twenty years. Our relationship is a family one. Roger and I are transitioning to less restrictive roles in our respective careers. We are aware of the challenge, and we are committed to making this new phase as smooth as possible. Roger and Lauren will move to this new company. Our goal is to present the same quality of customer service and attention to detail that we have in the past. You are our number one priority, and we value your trust and confidence in us. In this union, we are eager to expand our printing capabilities. This promises many advantages. A large commercial printer firm with strong roots and a small business model, Printing Partners’ ideal is achievable because we share the same values and work ethic as Roger. We have explained the change, but you might ask, what changes for you? This suggests that we are adding to our capabilities. All your current and future needs will be satisfied. The name is the only thing different. The same team will still offer this service, but we are adding more staff to meet your needs.
