Per FHA requirements we needed electrical work to purchase the house. Our agent hired this electrician to come out and replace two breakers and for GCFI outlets. The breaker in the garage that he replaced looks very old. It's very crusty. He's claiming it's new and will not replace it and states that the warranty does not cover labor. Just parts. Although the part he installed was defective because it blows immediately and he will not fix it. The first time you came out he told us there was nothing he could do about it. He just needed to silicone something but he didn't have silicone. Now he's stating that we have to pay another $125 for him to replace the breaker he installed that does not work. Now there's another GCFI outlet that just doesn't even work and blows immediately. This was the worst work ever done and for FHA requirement at that.
